Lenovo Announces S5000, 7 Inch Android Tablet with Slim Body

In addition to Full HD screen smartphone Vibe X, Lenovo also introduced a new Android tablet-sized 7 inches, the S5000. Like the Vibe X, S5000 looks sleek and straight, but like other 7-inch tablets, S5000 has targeted middle-class users.

This tablet has a thickness of 7.9 mm and weighs 236 grams, is thinner than the Nexus 7 was significantly (10.45 mm and 340 grams). Lenovo Will Produce Their Own Mobile Processor

Hardware manufacturer Lenovo will manufacture its own processors for mobile devices and tablets. Media EE Times reported that China-based company will employ 40 technicians in Shenzhen and 60 in Beijing, now, the team will gradually be extended to 100 technicians in mid-2013.
