Samsung Ready Acquisition Novaled at $ 200 million

According to a report from Bloomberg, Samsung reportedly is undergoing the final stages of negotiations to acquire German OLED screen that named Novaled. Reportedly vendors Korean giant is ready to disburse funds of $ 200 million, the plan this deal will be officially announced next week.

Gerd Guenther, Chief marketing officer Novaled has also confirmed that they indeed are negotiating with Samsung related to the acquisition process. We look forward to the official announcement of the Samsung related to the acquisition process.
