Samsung Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II Beats iPhone 5 In Customer Satisfaction Survey

Based on the customer satisfaction index in the U.S., Samsung's flagship device Galaxy 2 topped the list of the most satisfying products in America. The second device, the Galaxy Note II and Galaxy S III, Apple iPhone 5 defeated. The survey was conducted in March ago or before the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S4.

Samsung Galaxy S III get a 0-100 scale score of 84, while the Galaxy Note II is in second place with a score of 82 which has similar numbers with the Apple iPhone 4S. While the iPhone 5 in the next position with a score of 81 or less than the iPhone 4S.

Interestingly, when the users in America are very satisfied with the Samsung Galaxy product than the iPhone which is a product of the host, even at home alone (South Korea) Samsung must be willing to admit that the iPhone 5 to be the most satisfactory products according to the customers in the country. The survey was taken in South Korea by the same method as in America survey.
