LG WCP-300, The Worlds Smallest Charge



LG Mobile has just launched the latest accessories dedicated to mobile phones with wireless charging capabilities at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2013 at Barcelona, Spain. The new accessories is a new wireless charger that called LG WCP-300, WCP-300 has a diameter of only 6.9 cm designed with practical portability. Despite the size is small, but its contents were 1.7 times greater than previous LG generation wireless charger.

This Wireless charger is also compatible with several Android phones such as the LG Optimus G Pro, Optimus V II, LG Nexus 4 or LG Spectrum 2. In addition, the charger is also compatible with the charger 5-pin micro USB. WCP-300 uses electromagnetic induction technology and Qi who has been certified by the Wireless Power Consortium. Electromagnetic induction will produce an electric current from a magnetic field to charge the battery on the device.

Regarding the price, this wireless charger priced at 59 USD by the LG. As a first step, Motorola provides this device in two colors, black and white for the South Korean. In some near future, this charger will be sold in other countries. LG believes that this innovation will be the support for the development of the upcoming smartphone. WCP-300 is expected to be a pioneer for future standardized wireless charger.
