HTC Radar Getting Windows Phone 7.8 Update

HTC has just issued an update with Windows Phone 7.8 version 7.10.8862.144 for HTC Radar. So far it is reported that a new update is available in India only and will soon follow other countries in the near future. This update provides a variety of new features for HTC Radar like start menu that can be resized, 20 touch of color, and many more. But unfortunately, this update does not bring the features of the Bluetooth Sharing'''' as available on Lumia phones today.

Here is the official change-log update Windows Phone 7.8 version 7.10.8862.144 for HTC Radar:

• New start screen with the ability to re-size (small, medium and large) your tiles
• Daily lockscreen background image from Bing, improved pocket and Preventing child lock screen security from accidental swipe
• Enhanced Chinese fonts, improved appearance of Arabic language and more improvements
• Windows Phone quality improvements

The following were also present to install

Firstly used airplane mode and then connect the radar to open the laptop and check setting in the zune directly - update immediately then unplug the lan cable when checking the update.  Appeared the notify for updates on the radar, after appearing the notify reconnect the lan and directly update the radar. Wait until the update process is complete and appears FINISH button. If the first steps can not notify the updates,  then do with second way using software SevenEighter.exe. Later after running just click the Install button WP 7.8 and will prompt to download WP7_update_tool extrack again, click the Install button again WP 7.8 and let the application work. And windows 7.8 was successfully updated on radar.
