Google Officially Declare Waze Acquisition Cost, $ 966 Million

This figure includes reasonably priced considering the previously rumored that the estimated price range set by Waze at $ 1 billion-$ 1.3miliar.

Google revealed their plans to integrate some features of Google Maps and Waze to also integrate Google Search (likely part of ads) to Waze.
