LG and MediaTek Ready to Launch Triple-SIM Card Android Smartphone feature


LG in collaboration with MediaTek plans to sell the triple-SIM phones Android-based 3G. MediaTek features brought a technological first for a triple-SIM 3G Android smartphone. According to MediaTek, this is the answer to getting enthuses multi-SIM devices for emerging markets, such as the LG Optimus L4II popularity in Brazil.

Triple-SIM 3G technology enables three SIM cards used simultaneously. Each SIM can receive calls, transfer data, send SMS messages, and standby simultaneously without consuming excessive battery. Triple-SIM 3G technology also provides an important solution for producers through the user interface. Users can set-SIM functionality to enable or disable it when desired.
